Order & Payment Policy

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.

• Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or mobile money.

• Orders will not be processed until the deposit is received.

• Rush orders will incur an additional fee.

Measurements & Fittings

• Clients must provide accurate measurements or schedule a fitting appointment to ensure a perfect fit.

Fabric & Materials

• Clients may provide their own fabric, or we can supply fabric at an additional cost.

• Once fabric is cut, no changes can be made to the design.

• Leftover fabric scraps will be discarded unless requested otherwise.

Design Changes & Alterations

• Any design changes after work has started will result in an extra charge.

• Clients must approve the final fitting before collection.

Turnaround Time & Delivery

• Standard and express orders are available based on agreed timelines.

• Rush orders must be agreed upon in advance and will attract extra charges.

• Delivery options are available at an additional cost.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• No refunds once work has commenced.
