Yes! Share your design inspiration, and we’ll bring it to life.

How long does it take to complete an order?

Standard orders take 7–14 days, while rush orders can be completed faster for an additional fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfers, and mobile money. A 50% deposit is required before we start your order.

How do I take my measurements?

We recommend visiting us for a professional fitting. If you're measuring at home, we’ll provide a guide to ensure accuracy.

Do you offer delivery services?

Yes, we offer nationwide delivery at an additional cost. You can also pick up your order in person.

Can I bring my own fabric?

Yes, you can provide your own fabric, or we can source high-quality fabric for you at an additional cost.

What happens if my outfit doesn’t fit?

We offer one free adjustment for minor fitting issues. However, major alterations due to incorrect measurements may attract extra charges.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. However, the 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has started.

Do you make outfits for all sizes?

Yes, we design for all body sizes and shapes! Our goal is to create a perfect fit for everyone.
